I purchased this boot for my daughter who wears a size 7 in womens shoes. I ordered the size 4MUS and it fits perfectly. Seems to be a very well made boot comparable to Uggs but a lot less money! A side note, when I received the boots, one boot had scratches on the suede and seemed "off" from the other boot. I called Amazon and they replaced the boots immediately!, Being Australian and buying sheepskin all my life ... these boots are fantastic quality and very inexpensive in relative to the price ... bargain dont hesitate my toddler loves them!, I ordered for my grandchildren with four children size3 9 years (think a little extra space is better than too little), but these are huge! I wear women January 7 to 7 / 2 and these fit me .... and without tight! I will keep them but need to get a little less time., My daughter loved this boo...
