Shaving with a blade takes off a fine layer of skin as well as the hair, causing irritation and bumps. The ID Corp. Cleancut cuts only hair not skin. The ES412 Cleancut is a shaver and will only cut hair of fuzz or stubble length, like a days growth of a man's beard.
