I got my beard trimmer in good shape, doing that job as well or better than my last two previous devices from other manufacturers. It seems like a good product at a good price., I found the trimmer works very well in all aspects. Remington replaced went bad after a year. My dislike but it is loud and noisy. Otherwise, works very well and I like it and would recommend.
